Terms of service

Each style has one plan: a video of 8–10 minutes, or a longer length if you choose one. When you place an order you send us a request: the style, the number of videos, the length and your brief. It isn't a binding contract yet. You then message us on WhatsApp with your order ID, and we confirm the details and the price there — or ask a question, or let you know if we can't take the job.

We may decline any order, for example if the topic is illegal, hateful, misleading or infringes someone else's rights.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you order. There is no checkout on the website and you don't pay anything when you place the order. After we confirm your brief on WhatsApp, we share the payment details there. The agreement starts, and work begins, once your payment is in.

Current prices include a limited-time launch offer of 50% off the list price. Orders of 6 or more videos get an extra 20% off. Longer videos cost more in proportion to their length (a 15-minute video costs 1.5× the 10-minute price). The Edit Neo AI voiceover is free for a limited time, and uploading a character is free. The price shown when you order is the price you pay, even if the offer ends before we confirm.

If anything about the price changes after you send your brief (for example, you ask for a longer video), we tell you before you pay.

We aim to deliver in 2–3 days, counted from when your payment is in. We have a team of editors plus AI agents working in parallel, so larger orders usually arrive in the same window — if a big order needs longer, we tell you before you pay. We deliver a 1080p MP4, a custom thumbnail and title ideas.

If we're going to be late, we tell you as early as we can. If we can't deliver at all, you get a full refund.

Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. A revision is a change to the delivered video within your original brief — wording, timing, a scene, a voice or caption fix.

A new topic, a new script or a different style counts as a new order. Please ask for revisions within 14 days of delivery.

You confirm that you have the right to use everything you send — your script, character image, voice recording and any other files — and that using it in your video won't break any law or anyone else's rights. We only use your material to make your video.

Once you've paid in full, the final video is yours. You can publish it, edit it and monetise it. We won't show your video as a sample or in our portfolio unless you say we can.

Our videos use AI voices and AI-generated images. We can't promise views, subscribers, or that any platform will approve your channel for monetisation — those decisions belong to the platform and depend on your channel as a whole.

• Before you pay, you can cancel at any time — just tell us.
• After you pay but before we start, you can cancel for a full refund.
• Once work has started, we fix problems through revisions. If we still can't deliver what we confirmed, we refund you.

We do our best to deliver what we confirmed with you, on time. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
