Privacy policy

Only what you give us in the order form:

• Your name and email address, and your WhatsApp number if you choose to add it.
• Your brief: topic, script, voice choice or voice-recording link, language, channel link and notes.
• A character image, if you upload one (optional).
• What you ordered: style, plan, number of videos, length and price.

If you message us on WhatsApp about your order, we also see your WhatsApp number, name and the messages you send us there.

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

• To review and confirm your order on WhatsApp, and share the payment details with you.
• To make and deliver your video, and handle revisions.
• To contact you about your order.

We don't sell your data, we don't send you marketing unless you ask for it, and we don't use your script, character or video for anything other than your order.

We use a few trusted services to run the studio:

• Website hosting and private file storage for character images (Vercel).
• Our order database (Neon).
• Order notifications to the studio (Telegram).
• WhatsApp, where we confirm your order and arrange payment.
• Whichever payment method we agree on WhatsApp, which handles your payment details when you pay.

Character images are stored privately and are only reachable through time-limited links used while we make your video.

We keep your order details for as long as we need them to deliver your video and keep basic business records. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless the law requires us to keep part of it (for example, payment records for tax).

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time — message us on WhatsApp.

Edit Neo is meant for adults ordering videos for their channels. Please don't order if you're under 16.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
